1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CandiMatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including administrators and team members.

2. Description of Service

CandiMatch is a candidate screening platform designed for medical residency programs. The platform provides tools for scoring, ranking, and comparing applicants across multiple dimensions. Access to full features requires a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the candidate data you upload to CandiMatch. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the scoring and screening service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process candidate information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CandiMatch for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or tenant data, or to interfere with the platform's operation. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the handling of applicant data, including FERPA where applicable.

6. Subscription & Payment

Access to candidate data and full platform features requires an active subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and terms are available upon request. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.

7. Disclaimers

CandiMatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scoring algorithms are tools to assist decision-making and should not be the sole basis for candidate selection decisions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CandiMatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
